The 6th international symposium on the East Asian Environmental Problems (EAEP2012)
The 6th International Symposium on the East Asian Environmental Problems (EAEP2012) was held on 6-7 November 2012 in Fukuoka, Japan.
This International Symposium brought together various stakeholders from academia, industry, government and non-government organizations in Asian countries to deliberate on issues pertaining to East Asian Environmental Problems.
We had two keynote lectures about the activities and the organization of Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies (Kyoto University), and the reports about the environmental problems in China and East Asia by knowledgeable researchers.
In the Panel discussion, systems about successful education of East Asian Environmental Studies, focusing on the achievement of detailed understanding of specified discipline and acquiring the multidisciplinary viewpoints about the background of environmental problems.
